Hi, I'm Sweigart

Hi!, I'm Elisa Dias Sweigart, a realtor here in Albuquerque, NM.  I have also been a homeowner here since 2013 and investor since 2024.  Before diving into Real Estate full-time, I spent 20+ years managing property. 


First, for my parents' estate back in California as they aged, and more recently through my own investments both in California and here in New Mexico.  I understand the emotional and financial sides of owning and transitioning property-especially for families dealing with aging parents or anyone looking to invest wisely.


I am also a certified yoga therapist. That background, over two decades,  gives me a deep foundation in mindfulness and staying calm under pressure which, honestly, helps a lot in real estate.  Transactions can get stressful, whether buying your first home, selling a family property or trying to make smart investment choices.  I am that grounded presence who can help people stay clear and focused, even when negotiations or timelines get tight.


And, funny enough, I was a filmmaker in California.  I keep my association with Film Independent, I am a volunteer with the Santa Fe International Film Festival as well as a real estate vendor with New Mexico Film Office.  I have been watching the growth of the Albuquerque film industry and am familiar with where the hottest studios are.  I love working with creatives and industry folks who want to move here because I speak the language.  I know what it's like to build a life around both creativity and stability and I love helping others do the same.


So, yeah, I am a bit of a mix- a realtor grounded in family, wellness and creative insight.  If you know anyone looking to buy, sell or invest, or just want someone calm and competent to help navigate the market. I'd love to be that resource.
